Vital Hire Med bears no responsibility for User verification. You are responsible for exercising reasonable care and conducting appropriate checks before engaging with employers, job seekers, recruiters, or other Users. All interactions are at your own risk, and disputes must be handled directly with the other User. You agree to fully release and indemnify Vital Hire Med, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages, whether known or unknown, arising from such interactions, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

User Content Disclosure Rights

To the extent permitted by law, Vital Hire Med may disclose User Content and identifying information about the User who submitted it to support service operations, enforce contractual obligations, comply with applicable laws, or respond to official legal or governmental requests.
